3.1 Defective Components
If a filtration unit or accessory is non-functional upon arrival (e.g., a cracked housing or faulty pump), you have 7 days to file a “Technical Report.” We will provide a 1-to-1 replacement or a full refund after our technicians verify the hardware failure.
3.2 Hygiene & Return Conditions
Due to the sanitary nature of water filtration:
- Unused Items: Can be returned within 7 days if the original vacuum-sealed packaging for filters is intact and the hardware has not been connected to a water source.
- Used Filters: For health and safety reasons, any filter or membrane that has been exposed to water is non-returnable.
3.3 The Refund Process
Once the hardware passes inspection at our Islamabad service center, your refund will be initiated via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
